THE STORY

This time if year can be hard.  The outdoors are cold and uninviting.  The daylight fleeting, the sunshine rare.  Each day shrinks, shortens.  Like a subversive, cruel joke, time itself seems stolen away. It seems nearly antithetical to have the holiday season – full of joy and cheer and hope and good tidings and all those things – right in the middle of so much darkness. We wish we could offer real light, actual relief from the dark and the cold.  But we can’t.  So in our own way we bring you Illumination to brighten your day and help your holiday shine.

Illumination is a blend of two coffees – a washed coffee from El Salvador and a natural coffee from Ethiopia – perfectly balanced, and roasted for everyone to enjoy.
